Just in case you guys are wondering what is that character in the TV screen

That is NEL, pronounced as Nel, mascot for North-East Line. See his eye lashes? That is the SBSTransit signature T. In this video, he teaches commuters how to use the NEL safely and what to do and expect during evacuation.
