... commuters can communicate with staff using intercom placed on all platforms. Trained staff will attend to those scenarios . . there are procedures in place.

AFAIK, no such case before like you've mentioned..... i'd guessed they'd rather lose their wallet than to lose $5000 . . . heh heh heh....
