Description:	From my 12/07/1993 newspaper cutting: Translation: Negeri Sembilan, Rembau. Happened on 11/07/1993 at 4am. Both trains were from Kuala Lumpur & Singapore, number 22108 & 22109 collided. No injuries were from the passenger train, Just that 200 passengers were in shock. What caused the 2 trains to head on collision is a question...

it can happen Daniel. It's not fool proof. Nothing human made is. The Segambut 1990 collision was similar to this.

It goes over a red home signal, cannot brake, and collided with the passenger train. I think it is.

Passenger :-> Ekonomi Malam (Night Economy) 60 Up en route from Tanjung Pagar to Kuala Lumpur.
Freight :-> Shunting Freighter 627 Down from Brickfields Marshalling Yard to Gemas Marshalling Yard. One from the consignments hauled was Empty Guthrie Latex BTL Tanker from Port Klang to Tebong Guthrie Concentrated Latex and Dynat Factory.
