All accounts with bounced emails, full inboxes, unreachable domains or one page/under construction domains will be deleted without prior notice.
All email account information is masked on this board and all information is kept confidential.
Your IP is logged when you register and is verified to your email address and/or domain name.
An account activation email will be sent to your inbox, click on the provided link to activate account, only then you can login to your new account.

Each user is entitled to only ONE user account on KTMRAILWAYFAN.COM. This is to ensure each member's name remains credible within the forum. Registering additional accounts will result in temporary suspension to your main account and a permanent ban on your second (and subsequent) accounts.

For the persistent few: Remember, your IP is logged when you register. It is matched to your email address and/or domain name and if you insist on continually attempting to register with a fake/free email address your IP and/or IP range will be banned at root level, i.e. not being able to even see the site.

Membership in the forum doesn't mean membership with the club itself. To qualify as a member of the club, you must submit your form and approved by the club management. Suspension from the forum doesn't mean suspension from club, and vice versa.

General Board Rules:

Ktmrailwayfan.Com Forum welcomes all. The objective of Ktmrailwayfan.Com Forum is to provide a place for railway enthusiast to gather, share, discuss and help each other. Few things will get your posts deleted or get yourself banned so please read the rules below:

Admins and moderators must be respected. The slighest rude remark will be deleted and further actions will be taken.

Action: Trolling/Flaming. Do not make posts that are inflammatory just to upset people.

Action: Discussion, distribution or posting links to pirated software, pornography or any kind of copyrighted materials.

Action: Political and Religious Topic, is strictly prohibited in Ktmrailwayfan.Com Forum. Do NOT spread political propaganda or religious hatred in any of Ktmrailwayfan.Com forums.

Action: Spamming - posting unconstructively, bumping topics unnecessarily, opening multiple threads are all considered as spamming.

Action: Commercial-oriented posts, blatant commercial advertising, referral links, links in signatures for commercial purposes are not allowed. The exception would be links to threads in the Trade Zone in your signature.

Action: Illegal activities - Activities involving drugs, contraband materials, smuggling, evasion of law or any other activities that are against the law.

Action: Asking homework/assignment question without first attempting the question or picking out a part which you are having difficulty with. Moderator's discretion applied.

Posting of any images, attachments or links to material containing violence or pornography is forbidden.

Sexually suggestive material/text will be scrutinised by moderator in charge. Moderator’s discretion applies.

Any suggestive images of underaged models will be removed according to moderator discretion.



This General rules will be enforced in every forum in Ktmrailwayfan.Com. Individual sub-forums may have additional rules to cater to the forum environment, but the general board rules would still apply. If you come across a member violating any rule, contact the admin immediately. Proper action will be taken against the user.

Admin and moderators reserve the right to edit or delete your post without informing the offender. Members will be given two warning, after the third, username will be suspended till further notice. You can contact the admin personally at Jason(012-6952988) for clarification.

Do kindly include the THREAD TAGS and [WTB]/[WTS] tags when opening a thread. Failure to do so may result in immediate deletion of the particular thread.

Traders MUST be able to deliver the merchandise as promised; in terms of the delivery period, merchandise’s contents, merchandise’s condition and et cetera.

Thread starters may 'bump' their threads using the bump button. You may not bump another person's thread. Any post made with the intention of bringing your thread up the page will be punishable by a 3 day suspension.

Refrain from jeopardizing sales unnecessarily. However, you are encouraged to raise an alarm if you strongly believe a potential fraud is about to take place. Alternatively, report the post.

The sale of any item in our PROHIBITED ITEMS* list is punishable by a lengthy suspension.
