No. Still experiencing it. Maybe you should set it to for example 1 second since many BB software take '0' as the forum software default rather than zero.

This problem isn't exclusive to you...esp. for really short edits to your post, I experienced that you do have to wait a while before you could post. If I'm correcting one word, or a comma, or something like that, I'll read something for a minute and then click the submit button. I don't really mind it though...
